I'm not sure if it was intentional, but this has a weird mix between old-school and modern brickfilm production. Maybe because it both has Johnny Thunder and Indiana Jones

Yeah I can see that, maybe also because of the 4:3 aspect ratio.
You've definitely improved since the last time I watched/reviewed your stuff. There's part that made me laugh, and I'm hard to make someone laugh, intentional comedy wise
JJ reminds me of the protagonist from the obscure game GoGo Kokopolo, being mischievous cat-like characters
Yeah I can kinda see the resemblance
To be honest, this is awful. The animation is simply dragging an asset, and doesn't feel like motion.
A good solution is to have this puppet-rig animation have more joints that make it feel like movement
I'm getting Parappa the Rapper vibes, here, which makes me loves this animation
Maybe it's me, but I find this episode above-average. I can't find much to say about this. Time skipping, and showing what they've done between those time makes it look like a brief stay, instead of a a few minute break. I get that these are shorts, but it's still possible to keep it short, while make it a longer stay.
It's rare to see CGI animation on this site.
Good job
Thanks! I work in 2D so much that CG feels like an escape, while still allowing me to make cartoons. Their mouths are 2D and even their eyes/expressions are limited in a 2D way! I can’t escape my influences fully 😅
Give me early 2000s LEGOs stop motion vibes in a good way
